After you mail in the signed contract with your deposit, we will set up your password and you can start using the interactive on line wedding planner forms and on-ling music planner. Both the wedding planner and the music planner are available 24 hours so yo can make any changes, requests, last minute changes in the party format, change any special songs, etc.. There are no second changes to get it done right. Our wedding planner keeps us right on top you make so your wedding is perfect.

Wedding Ceremony & Reception Traditions
ANNOUNCEMENTS / PREDLUDE /INTRODUCTIONS
Prior to the wedding ceremony your DJ from All Around Sound will make all the appropriate announcements; your DJ will introduce himself, welcoming your guests to the wedding ceremony, and getting everyone seated so the wedding ceremony can proceed on time. Your wedding DJ will be playing pre-processional music as the minister and groom wait for the procession to begin. The procession then begins with the groomsmen escorting the bridesmaids to the altar, then the ring bearer, the flower girl, and then your DJ will announce for everyone to stand for the Brides Grand Entrance.
PROCESSIONAL / CEREMONY / RECESSIONAL
One of the grandest parts of any wedding ceremony is when the Bride makes her entrance. The air is full of anticipation, and the groom anxiously awaits his first glimpse of his bride in her wedding dress. The disc jockey will start the processional song and the Bride begins her march with her father, family member, or by herself to the altar to meet her Groom. Immediately following the Ceremony, the Newlyweds are announced as Husband and Wife for the first time and your DJ will play your recessional song. As the newly married exit down the aisle we congratulate the Newlyweds and invite their family and friends to share in the celebration at their Wedding Reception.
THE WEDDING RECEPTION
The Wedding reception usually starts off with the Grand Introduction of the Newlyweds and Wedding Party (optional). Your DJ will get the crowd pumped up and excited prior to announcing the entire wedding party: Grooms/Brides Parents, Flower Girl(s), Ring Bearer, Groomsman escorting the Bridesmaids, Best Man escorting the Maid/Matron of Honor, and of course our Newlyweds. We have a variety of introduction songs to choose from to get everyone ready to official kick off the fun and excitement at your reception.
FATHER-DAUGHTER / MOTHER-SON DANCES This Dance is one of the most special moments at the wedding reception as your DJ from All Around Sound will announce to all of your guests that it is time for Father-Daughter Dance and/or the Mother-Son Dance. We then direct everyone’s attention to the center of the dance floor as we announce the special songs selected for this traditional dance.
BRIDAL PARTY DANCE
Your Wedding DJ brings the entire wedding party to the center of the dance floor to join and celebrate with the newlyweds! This is where the fun and excitement really starts as your dj will announce for the bridal party to get on the dance floor and start the celebration of the marriage with dance and song.
THE TOAST
Our DJ’s will announce that the toast is approaching several minutes prior to the toast commencing. The time before the toast will allow the wait staff / servers to pour champagne or allow your guests to get their glasses filled at the bar. When everyone is ready it is traditional for the Best Man and/or Maid of honor to toast the Newlyweds on their marriage and new life together. Salute!
CAKE CUTTING
The Cake Cutting is another special moment at your wedding reception. It can be made fun by the Bride and Groom either teasing each other when feeding the cake to each other and mey times can get messy as the newlyweds may take the opportunity to misbehave by getting a little cake and frosting on each other. Why not! It has been a stressful day with a lot of formality, nerves, and protocol. Our DJ Emcees will make this a fun moment and encourage your guests to take photographs of the newlyweds.
BOUQUET / GARTER TOSS
Your DJ will announce for the single ladies to come to the dance floor for the bouquet toss and invite the single gentlemen to the dance floor when it is time for the groom to remove the garter from the bride. Encouraging your wedding guests to get involved and provide encouragement adds to the excitement.
THE LAST DANCE
The last dance is the final song of the evening and your DJ will encourage every one of your guests to join the Bride and Groom and Wedding Party on the dance floor for the final salute to the newlyweds, great memories shared at the reception and well wishes for the new married couple in Las Vegas.
